REFUND POLICY

All transmission sales are final unless the item received is materially different from the item ordered or arrives with a verified issue that was not disclosed before purchase. Customers must confirm fitment before ordering. Any approved return requires prior authorization and the transmission must be returned in the same condition in which it was received. Labor, installation, programming, fluids, filters, seals, towing, and other related costs are not refundable.
