SHIPPING POLICY

Transmissions are shipped by freight or another appropriate carrier depending on the unit, destination, and service requested. Processing time may vary based on freight scheduling. The customer is responsible for providing a deliverable address and any commercial receiving information required by the carrier. Residential delivery, liftgate service, limited-access delivery, storage, or redelivery may result in additional charges. Inspect the shipment at delivery and note any visible damage with the carrier before signing.
